We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and take pride in creating wooden goods built to last. Limited Craftsmanship Warranty We offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. If a board is found to have a manufacturing defect—such as cracking, splitting, or joint failure not caused by misuse—we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. What This Warranty Does Not Cover Because wood is a natural material and our products are made for use, this warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, including knife marks, scratches, or minor warping Damage caused by improper care or use, including: Dishwasher use Prolonged soaking or submersion in water Exposure to extreme heat, cold, or humidity Damage from dropping, impact, or abuse Natural variations in wood grain, color, or character Changes in appearance due to aging or use Custom or personalized (engraved or laser-burned) items, unless they arrive damaged or defective Natural Wood Disclaimer Wood is a living material and will naturally expand, contract, and develop character over time. These natural changes are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. Care & Maintenance Proper care is essential to the longevity of your board. We strongly recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase. Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.
